Vincent Gorski practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Family Law, Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Litigation, Landlord/Tenant, Business Entities & Transactions, and Creditors' Rights.

Vincent began his legal career in Indianapolis, Indiana as an associate attorney for a Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights and Commercial Litigation firm. He has represented Creditors, Chapter 7 Panel Trustees, and Debtors in a wide range of complex and routine Chapter 7, 13, and Chapter 11 reorganization matters. Vincent has also represented businesses and individuals in various state court civil matters including contractual and business disputes.

His experience includes litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Vincent is adept in assisting businesses and individuals in structuring solutions to their legal problems and identifying potential conflicts before they arise.

He is admitted to practice in the states of California and Indiana, and before all California and Indiana U.S. District Courts.

Vincent frequently lectures and writes articles in the areas of business law and bankruptcy.

Education:

Vincent received his bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a Gold Shield Alumni Scholar. He earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis.

Military Experience:

Vincent understands the special needs and circumstances affecting military members and their families during legal matters. Vincent served in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Edwards Air Force Base in California. He was an offensive avionics technician on B-1, B-2 and B-52 aircraft, with the responsibility of assisting aerospace engineers in testing and evaluating aircraft systems prior to purchase. He was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for Meritorious Service.

Stewart H. Lim is a consultant to the firm in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Immigration, and Bankruptcy.

As a practitioner who has handled a wide variety of matters in the Los Angeles area for over ten years, his legal, financial, and transactional experience is extensive. His experience includes representing clients with complex and routine child support and visitation matters, property distribution, compound fracture and soft tissue personal injuries, in addition to consumer and business bankruptcies. Stewart brings a business perspective to solving issues, both in court and around the negotiation table.

He is admitted to practice in the state of California and before all U.S. District Courts in the state.

Stewart is bilingual in Khmer (Cambodian) and English.

Stewart received his bachelor's degree in Business from California State University, Long Beach. He earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School.
